摘 要:采用两级短程蒸馏考察工艺参数对废油再生馏分粘度指数的影响。结果表明,随着一级操作温度的升高,一级馏分的粘温性能呈下降趋势,二级馏分的粘温性能呈上升趋势,废内燃机油、废液压油和废混合油的一级温度应分别控制在221,213℃和216℃左右;随着一级真空度的升高,一级馏分的粘温性能呈上升趋势,二级馏分的粘温性能呈下降趋势,废内燃机油、废液压油和废混合油的一级真空度应分别控制在15 Pa和17 Pa左右为宜;随着处理流量的增加,两级馏分的粘温性能和收率均呈下降趋势,因此,应在不影响产能的情况下,尽可能地维持较低流量。Viscosity index of distillation cuts from waste oil was investigated through the method adjusted control conditions of short path distillation .Results showed that with increasing of temperature , viscosity index of first stage cut fraction would descend and viscosity index of second stage cut fraction would as -cend,temperature should be controlled at 221 ℃for waste machine oil ,213 ℃for waste hydraulic fluid , 216 ℃for waste mixed oil;with increasing of vaccum degree , viscosity index of first stage cut fraction would ascend and viscosity index of second stage cut fraction would descend , vacuum degree should be controlled at 15 Pa for waste machine oil ,17 Pa for waste hydraulic fluid and waste mixed oil; with in-creasing of feed flow ,viscosity index of first and second stage cut fractions would descend slowly ,so feed flow should be kept low as much as possible .
