基于层次分析法的研究型医院的转化医学管理评价指标权重分析

摘　　要：目的建立基于层次分析法的研究型医院的转化医学管理评价体系,计算各项指标的权重系数,为相关科研评价提供量化的参考依据。方法利用层次分析法建立研究型医院转化医学科研评价指标的层次结构,构建各个层次相应的判断矩阵,通过专家对利用指标进行对比打分,计算各层级指标的权重系数。结果得出各层指标的权重和组合权重,其中目标战略、基础投入、功能定位、运营机制、人力资源的权重系数分别为0.416、0.110、0.220、0.176、0.077。结论建立的评价体系权重赋值符合逻辑,一致性较好。Objective To establish the evaluation system of administration of translational medicine in research-oriented hospital based on the analytic hierarchy process （AHP） , and to calculate the weight of indexes of translational medicine in research-oriented hospital, so as to provide the basis for quantified evaluation of relevent scientific research. Methods Using AHP and experts consultation, the hierarchy of evaluation indexes of adminis- tration of translational medicine in research-oriented hospital was established, the corresponding judgment matrix of all levels was constructed, and the weight of each index was calculated. Results Combined weights of indexes were obtained and the important degree order was presented. The weighted coefficients of target strategy, infrastructure in- vestment, functional orientation, operation mechanism, and the human resources were 0.416, 0.110, 0. 220, 0. 176, and 0. 077respectively. Conclusion A comprehensive and systematic evaluation target system for administration of translational medicine in research hospital is set up and proved to be reliable through the consistency check.
