摘 要:对不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片主要活性成分进行分析,为进一步中药新资源开发利用提供依据。该研究以UV-VIS测定不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片总黄酮(TF)含量,HPLC测定木犀草苷(GA),槲皮苷(QU),绿原酸(CA),3,5-O-二咖啡酰奎宁酸(CQ)的含量。结果显示安徽歙县晚贡菊TF量最高为7.13%;安徽亳州大亳菊GA量最高为33.45 mg·g-1;江苏射阳红心菊QU量最高为29.25 mg·g-1;江苏射阳长瓣菊CA量最高为13.14 mg·g-1;浙江桐乡大洋菊CQ质量分数最高为7.35mg·g-1。不同产地不同栽培类型药用菊花叶片中主要活性成分含量差异显著,且不同产地相同栽培类型之间差异亦显著,结果表明药用菊花叶片可以作为中药新资源开发的新来源。Leaves of Chrysanthemum morifolium were potential medicinal resource. The present study aims to estimate the main bio- active components: total flavonoids (TF), galuteolin (GA), quercitrin (QU), chlorogenic acid (CA) and 3,5-O-caffeoylquinic acid (CQ) , which were considered to be the main effective components, in leaves of C. morifolium cultivars in China. The TF content was estimated by UV-VIS spectrophotometry, while GA, QU, CA, and CQ were quantitatively determined by HPLC. The highest TF con- tent (7. 13% w/w) was found in cultivar Wan Gong (Shexian county). Cuhivar Da Bo (Bozhou county) had the highest GA content (33. 45 mg·g^-1 ) ; Cuhivar Hong Xin (Sheyang county) contained the highest Qu content (29. 25 mg·g^-1 ) ; Cultivar Chang Ban (Sheyang county) had the highest CA content (13.14 mg·g^-1 ). The maximum CQ content (7.35 mg·g^-1) was observed in culti- var Da Yang (Tongxiang county). Different cultivars of C. morifolium had significant difference in components, but the leaf and capit- ulum of C. morifolium, were found to possess similar chemical compositions. The high content of bioactive components in several culti- vars suggested the potential utilization of C. morifolium leaves.
