延边地区健康人群缺血修饰白蛋白参考区间的建立

摘　　要：目的：建立延边地区健康人群血清缺血修饰白蛋白（IMA）的参考区间.方法：采用白蛋白钴结合（ACB）方法检测386例健康人群血清IMA含量,按民族、性别和年龄分组进行比较,建立本地区的IMA参考区间.结果：不同民族、不同性别和年龄分组之间IMA含量均无明显差异（P＞0.05）,延边地区IMA的参考区间为≥61.47U/mL.结论：建立了延边地区血清缺血修饰白蛋白（IMA）的参考区间,为临床结果分析提供依据.Objective To establish the yanbian region health crowd serum ischemia modified albumin （IMA] reference range. Methods Using albumin cobalt binding （ACB） method, IMA content detected 386 cases of healthy human serum. According to the comparison, nationality, gender and age group IMA reference interval in the region is established. Results Between different nationalities, different gender and age group IMA content had no obvious difference （P 〉 0.05）, the yanbian area IMA reference range for acuity 51.47 U/mL. Conclusion The established the yanbian area serum ischemia modified albumin （IMA） reference range, provide the basis for the clinical results.
