半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃炎21例  

21 Cases with Helicobacter Pylori-associated Gastritis Treated by Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction

摘　　要：目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性胃炎患者41例,随机分为中药组21例和对照组20例,对照组给予常规西药治疗,中药组在对照组治疗的基础上给予半夏泻心汤加减治疗。结果:中药组有效率为90.48%,对照组有效率为60.00%,中药组优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组转阴率为76.19%,对照组转阴率为45.00%,中药组优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组治疗后各症状积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);中药组腹痛消失时间、治疗总费用均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减治疗幽门螺杆菌相关胃炎疗效显著,能有效改善患者胃黏膜分泌情况,提高幽门螺杆菌根治率。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction on helicobacter pylori-associated gastritis. Methods ：41 cases with chronic gastritis were randomized into Chinese medicine group （21 eases） and eontrol group （20 cases）. Control group were given routine western medicine treatment while Chinese medicine group were additionally given modi- fied Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction. Results：The effective rate of Chinese medicine group was 90.48% while that of control group was 60.00% ; Chinese medicine group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The negative conversion ratio of Chinese medicine group was 76. 19% while that of control group was 45.00% ; Chinese medicine group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Modified Pinellia Heart-Draining Decoction has remarkable effect on helicobacter pylori-associated gas- tritis,which can effectively improve the secretion of the patients＇ gastric mucous membrane and increase the radical curative rate of helicobacter pylori.
