麻黄附子细辛汤合独活寄生汤治疗痛痹

摘　　要：痛痹病因病机为阳气虚弱,风寒湿邪侵袭。麻黄附子细辛汤出自《伤寒论》,治疗少阴表证,主治阳虚感寒之轻证。独活寄生汤出自孙思邈的《备急千金要方》,治疗痹证日久,肝肾两虚,气血不足证。麻黄附子细辛汤与独活寄生汤合用治疗痛痹疗效显著,使寒邪借助细辛,独活、防风等药物之透散,使风寒湿邪居无定所,以防闭门留寇之弊。The etiology and pathogenesis of arthritis is yang-qi deficiency and attack of wind,cold and damp pathogens. Ephedra, Aconite and Asarum Decoction is from Treatise on Cold Damage and used to tie.at Sfiaoyin exterior syndrome and mainly for slight syndrome due to yang deficiency and cold attack. Pubescent Angelica and Mistletoe Decoction is from Sun Simian＇s Important For- mulas Worth a Thousand Gold Pieces for Emergency and used to treat prolonged arthritis and syndromes of liver and kidney defi- ciency and qi and blood deficiency. The combination of Ephedra, Aconite and Asarum Decoction and Pubescent Angelica and Mis- tletoe Decoction has remarkable effect on arthritis. In this combined formula,Asarum,Pubescent Angelica, Ledebouriella have the effect of dispersion and outward penetration,so the cold pathogen can be eliminated,and the wind,cold damp pathogen have no definite residence, In this way,the risk of bandits to stay behind closed doors can be avoided.
