大黄虫丸联合火针治疗复发性神经性皮炎30例

摘　　要：目的:观察大黄虫丸联合火针治疗复发性神经性皮炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:将60例复发性神经性皮炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各30例,对照组给予卤米松乳膏治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予大黄虫丸口服和局部火针治疗。结果:治疗组的起效时间、症状体征评分、不良反应发生率和复发率均优于对照组(P均<0.05);治疗组有效率为86.7%,对照组有效率为50.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:大黄虫丸联合局部火针治疗复发性神经性皮炎起效快,能明显缓解瘙痒,安全而高效。Abstract： Objective ：To observe the efficacy and safety of the combined therapy of Rhubarb and Eupolyphaga Pill and Fire Nee- dling on relapsed neurodermatitis. Methods 60 patients with relapsed neurodermatitis were randomly divided into treatment group （30 cases） and control group （30 cases）. Control group were simply given halometasone cream. Treatment group were additional- ly given Rhubarb and Eupolyphaga Pill and Fire Needling,with 21 days as a treatment course h）r both groups. Results：As to the onset time,score of the symptoms and signs and symptoms, incidence of adverse reactions and relapse rate, treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈0.05 ）. Besides,the effective rate of treatment group was 86.67% while that of control group was 50.0% ;treatment group was better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion ：The combined therapy of Rhubarb and Eupolypha- ga Pill and Fire Needling has quick effect on relapsed neurodermatitis and it can obviously relieve itching with high satety and ef-ficiency.
