隔物灸治疗骨科椎骨关节疾病疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察隔物灸治疗骨科椎骨关节疾病的临床疗效。方法:根据相应的骨科椎骨关节疾病选择不同的患者,根据不同疾病均随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用本院自制的隔物灸贴治疗,对照组采用温灸·隔物灸治疗。结果:按照不同疾病分别统计分析,颈椎病患者中治疗组有效率95.0%,对照组有效率85.0%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);腰椎病患者中治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率86.9%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);肩关节周围炎患者中治疗组有效率96.9%,对照组有效率88.8%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);骨性关节炎患者中治疗组有效率97.8%,对照组有效率85.7%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:隔物灸治疗骨科椎骨关节疾病疗效显著,具有行气活血、通经止痛、标本兼治之功效。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of sandwiched moxibustion on vertebral joint disease. Methods：Patients with different corresponding vertebral joint disease were selected and randomized into treatment group and control group according to different diseases. Treatment group were given topical application of the self-made sandwiched moxibustion ; control group were giv- en warm and sandwiched moxibustion. Results：According to the statistical analysis of different diseases, the effective rate among patients with cervical spondylosis in treatment group was 95.0% while that in control group was 85.0% ; treatment group were better than control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate among patients with lumbar spondylosis in treatment group was 96.7% while that in control group was 86.9% ;treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The effective rate among pa- tients with periarthritis of shoulder in treatment group was 96.9% while that in control group was 88.8% ; treatment group were better than control group （P 〈0.05 ）. The effective rate among patients with osteoarthritis in treatment group was 97.8% while that in control group was 85.7% ;treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion：Sandwiched moxibus- tion has remarkable effect on vertebral joint disease,with effects of activating qi and blood flow, dredging meridian and checking pain and treating both the primary and secondary causes.
