健脾益气合剂治疗小儿下呼吸道感染60例  

60 Cases with Pediatric Lower Respiratory Infections Treated with Spleen-Strengthening and Qi-Benefiting Mixture

摘　　要：目的:观察健脾益气合剂治疗小儿下呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:选取下呼吸道感染患儿180例,全部病例均确诊为肺炎支原体感染引起的下呼吸道感染(支气管炎、支原体肺炎),随机分为健脾组、益生菌组和对照组各60例,对照组给予常规治疗,健脾组和益生菌组在对照组治疗的基础上分别予健脾益气合剂和双岐杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗。结果:治疗21d后,健脾组与益生菌组脾虚证发生情况均优于对照组(P均<0.05),健脾组和益生菌组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组有效率64.58%,健脾组有效率91.30%,益生菌组有效率88.89%,健脾组与益生菌组有效率均优于对照组(P均<0.05),健脾组和益生菌组比较,无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:健脾益气合剂治疗下呼吸道感染疗效显著,能够改善患儿脾虚症状,预防脾虚证的发生。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Spleen-Strengthening and Qi-Benefiting Mixture on pediatric lower respirato- ry infection （PLRI）. Methods： 180 cases diagnosed with PLRI （bronchitis or myeoplasma pneumonia） due to myeoplas,na pneu- moniae infection were randomized into spleen-strengthening group, probiotics group and control group, with 60 cases in each group. Control group were given conventional therapy;additionally,spleen-strengthening group were given Spleen-Strengthening and Qi-Benefiting Mixture and probiotics group were given Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus Triple Viable Tablets. Results：After 21 days of treatment, the changes occurring in spleen-strengthening group and probiotics group were better that these in control group （P 〈0.05）. With comparison between the spleen-strengthening group and probiotics group,there was no statistical significance （ P 〉0.05 ）. The effective rate was 64.58% in control group,91.30% in spleen-strengthening group and 88.89% in probiotics group;the effective rate either in spleen-strengthening group or in probioties group was better than that in control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. For the effective rate, there was no statistical significance by comparison between the spleen-strengthening group and probiot- ics group （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Spleen-Strengthening and Qi-Benefiting Mixture has remarkable effect on PLRI and can im- prove the symptom of pediatric spleen deficiency and prevent the occurrence of spleen deficiency syndrome.
