摘  要:目的:探讨加味黄芪赤风汤治疗IgA肾病蛋白尿的临床疗效及药理机制。方法:选取IgA肾病蛋白尿患者32例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各16例。对照组给予替米沙坦治疗,观察组给予加味黄芪赤风汤治疗。结果:治疗3个月后,两组血肌酐水平比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组24 h尿蛋白水平、中医证候积分均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:加味黄芪赤风汤可有效降低IgA肾病尿蛋白水平和中医证候积分,对血肌酐水平无明显影响。Objective:To discuss the clinical effect and pharmacological mechanism of Supplemented Huangqi Chifeng Decoction. Methods:32 cases with IgA Nephrotic Proteinuria were randomized into control group (16 cases) given Telmisartan and observa- tion group ( 16 cases) given Supplemented Huangqi Chifeng Decoction. Results:After 3 months of treatment,the difference of ser- um creatinine levels in two groups had no statistical significance (P 〉 0.05 ). At the 24h of the treatment, the level of proteinuria and score of TCM symptoms were both better than these in control grnup ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : Supplemented Huangqi Chifeng Decoction can effectively lower the level of IgA nephrotic proteinuria and score of TCM symptoms, but there is significant influence on the level of serum creatinine.
