摘　　要：膏方虽以滋补调理见长,但绝非只有补益之能,对各种慢性疾病有缓缓图效之功,膏方应用于妇科也有着独特优势。胡国华教授运用膏方治疗慢性盆腔炎肝肾亏损、湿热瘀滞证,正虚复感湿热、冲任受损证疗效显著。处方之时,凝神定志,心无旁骛,四诊合参,详审细查,方能用药精当,获取良效。Cream formula is good at tonification but it does not mean that it can only tonify. Beside, it has slow action on various chronic diseases,especially for gynecological diseases. Hu Guohua applies cream formula to the effective treatment of chronic pel- vic inflammation of the syndromes deficiency of the liver and kidney, damp-heat stagnation, recurrent damp-heat attack due to healthy qi deficiency. When prescribing a formula, the mind should be calmed and focused and four diagnostic techniques should be comprehensively analyzed. With scrutinous diagnosis, the drugs prescribed can be appropriate and effective.
