康肾口服液治疗慢性肾炎150例

摘　　要：目的:观察康肾口服液治疗慢性肾炎的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肾炎患者450例,按随机数字表法分为治疗组、对照组1和对照组2各150例。治疗组给予康肾口服液治疗,对照组1给予贝那普利治疗,对照组2给予尿毒清颗粒治疗,三组均给予低盐低磷优质低蛋白饮食及对症支持治疗,治疗周期均为3个月。结果:治疗组有效率96.0%,对照组1有效率69.7%,对照组2有效率71.7%,治疗组有效率优于对照组1、对照组2(P均<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白定量优于对照组1、对照组2(P均<0.01)。结论:康肾口服液治疗慢性肾炎疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of Kangshen Oral Liquid on chronic nephritis. Methods ：450 cases with chronic nephritis were selected and randomized into treatment group,control group 1 and control group 2,with 150 cases in each group. Treatment group were given Kangshen Oral Liquid,control group 1 were given Benazepril and control group 2 were given Niaodu- qing Granules for the treatment. All of the three groups were given diet of low salt, low phosphorus and high quality low-protein anti symptomatic and supportive treatmenh The treatment cycle was 3 months. Results ：The effective rate was 96.0% in treatment group anti 69.7% in control group 1 and 71.7% in control group 2. The eftective rate of treatment group was better than the two control groups（ P 〈 0.05 ）. After 24 hour of treatment, the urine protein quantitation of treatment group was better than that in both control groups（P 〈0.01 ）. Conclusion ：Kangshen Oral Liquid has remarkable therapeutic effect on chronic nephritis.
