补肾固精止血汤对肾性血尿患者尿蛋白及血肌酐的影响

摘　　要：观察补肾固精止血汤对肾性血尿患者尿蛋白及血肌酐的影响。方法:将84例肾性血尿患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各42例,对照组应用厄贝沙坦片、双嘧达膜片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用补肾固精止血汤治疗,两组均15d为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较疗效。结果:对照组有效率为80.95%;治疗组有效率为92.86%,两组有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后尿蛋白、尿NAG酶水平优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后血肌酐、尿素氮水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾固精止血汤联合西药治疗肾性血尿疗效显著,能改善尿蛋白,且不影响血肌酐水平。To observe the influence of Bushen Gujing Zhixue Decoction（BSGJZXT） on renal hematuresis, urine protein and serum creatinine. Methods：84 cases with renal hematuresis were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 42 cases in each group, Control group were given Irbesartan Tablets and Dipyridamole Tablets while treatment group were additionally given BSGJZXT for the treatment,with 15 days as a treatment course, and the effects were compared after one treatment course. Results： The effective rate was 80.95% in control group and 92.86% in treatment group,with statistical significance（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The lev- els of urine protein and urina~ NAG enzyme in treatment group were both better than these in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. The differences in the levels of the serum ereatinine, urea nitrogen between between the treatment group and control group had no sta- tistical significance（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion： BSGJZXT combined with western medicine has remarkable effect on renal hemature- sis and can improve the urine protein without influencing the level of serum creatinine.
