尿血安合剂对IgA肾病患者TGF-β1水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:观察尿血安合剂对IgA肾病患者血清转化生长因子β1(TGF-β1)水平的影响,并探讨其作用机制。方法:选取IgA肾病患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组给予强的松口服治疗,治疗组在对照组的治疗基础上加服尿血安合剂治疗。结果:两组治疗后血清TGF-β1水平均下降,且治疗组下降幅度明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后24 h尿蛋白、BUN、Scr均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:尿血安合剂能显著改善IgA肾病患者肾功能,降低尿蛋白和血TGF-β1水平,其机制可能是抑制TGF-β1的表达和分泌,从而延缓肾小球硬化和间质纤维化进程。Objective：To uhserve the effect of Niaoxuean Mixture on the level of TGF-β1 in patients with IgA nephropathy and to discuss its action mechanism. Methods：60 cases with IgA nephropathy were randomized iuto treatment group and control group, with 30 eases in each group. Control group were oral administration of prednisone and treatment group were additionally given Niauxuean Mixture. Results：The efficacy of observation group was better than thai of control group （P 〈 0. 05 ）. After the treat- ment,the levels of TGF-β1 in both groups declined and the decline in treatment group was more obvious than that in control group （P 〈 0.05）. After 24 hours of treatment,the urine protein, BUN and Scr in treatment group were all better than these in control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Cunelusion ： Niaoxnean Mixture can effectively improve the kidney function of the patients with IgA nephropa- thy and decrease the urine protein aud level of TGF-β1. The action mechanism may be that the inhibition of the expression and se- eretinn of TGF-β1 delays the progress of glomerular sclerosis and interstitial fibrosis
