补脾生血丸联合多维铁口服液治疗缺铁性贫血45例  

45 Cases with Iron-Deficiency Anemia Treated with Spleen-Tonifying and Blood-Generating Pill Combined with Multivitamin Iron Oral Liquid

摘　　要：目的:观察补脾生血丸联合多维铁口服液治疗缺铁性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取缺铁性贫血患儿90例,随机分为观察组和对照组各45例,对照组给予多维铁口服液治疗,观察组给予补脾生血丸联合多维铁口服液治疗,两组疗程均为5周。结果:观察组有效率95.6%,对照组有效率86.7%,观察组明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞、红蛋白、红细胞平均体积、红细胞平均血红蛋白量、红细胞平均血红蛋白浓度均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论:补脾生血丸联合多维铁口服液治疗缺铁性贫血疗效显著。Objective ：To observe the clinical effect of Spleen-Tonifying and Blood-Generating Pill combined with Multivitamin Iron Oral Liquid on irun-deficiency anemia（IDA）. Methods ：90 infants with IDA were randomized into control group（45 cases） given Multivitamin Iron Oral Liquid and observation group（45 cases） given Spleen-Tonifying and Blood-Generating Pill, with 5 weeks as a treatment course for each group. Results：The effective rate of observation group（95.6% ） was obviously higher than that of con- trol group（ 86.7% ）（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The red blood cell ,red protein, the mean volume and mean corpuscular hemoglobin as well as its concentration of red blood cells in observation group were ＇all obviously higher than these in control group ;the difference had sta- tistical significance（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Spleen-Tonifying and Blood-Generating Pill combined with Multivitamin Iron Oral Liquid has remarkable therapeutic effect on IDA.
