后位侧切术联合生肌散治疗慢性肛裂42例

摘　　要：目的:观察后位侧切术联合生肌散治疗慢性肛裂的临床疗效。方法:选取慢性肛裂患者84例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各42例。治疗组给予后位侧切术联合生肌散治疗,对照组给予后正中内括约肌切扩术联合生肌散治疗。结果:治疗组愈合时间、术后并发症、对肛门括约功能影响均优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:后位侧切术联合生肌散治疗慢性肛裂疗效显著,并发症少、创口愈合时间短。Objective ： To observe the clinical effect of posterior-lateral incision combined with Tissue-Regeneration Powder on chro- nic anal fissure. Methods ：84 cases with chronic anal fissure were randomized into treatment group and control group, with 42 cases in each group. Treatment group were given therapy of posterior-lateral incision combined with Tissue-Regeneration Powder and control group were given posterior-media-interior sphincter incision combined with Tissue-Regeneration Powder. Results：The heal- ing time,postoperative complication and the influence on the function of anal sphincter in treatment group were all better than those in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Posterior-lateral incision combined with Tissue-Regeneration Powder has remarka- ble effect on chronic anal fissure with few complication and short wound healing time.
