银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病31例  

31 Cases with Diabetic Nephropathy Treated with Ginkgo Biloba Extract Combined with Bailing Capsule

摘　　要：目的:观察银杏叶提取物(GBE)联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病的临床疗效。方法:选择糖尿病肾病患者62例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组31例。对照组给予百令胶囊治疗,观察组给予GBE联合百令胶囊治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后24小时尿蛋白定量(UPQ)、血肌酐(Scr)、尿素氮(BUN)、血浆白蛋白(Alb)和血液流变学的变化情况。结果:两组患者治疗后UPQ、Scr、BUN、Alb和血液流变学指标均得到改善,与治疗前相比差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05),且观察组改善情况优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论:银杏叶提取物联合百令胶囊治疗糖尿病肾病疗效显著。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of ginkgo biloba extract （GBE） combined with Bailing Capsule on diabetic ne- phropathy （DN）. Methods ：62 cases with DN were selected and randomized into control group （31 cases） given Bailing Capsule and observation group （31 cases） given GBE combined with Bailing Capsule. After 24 hours, the changes of UPQ, Scr, BUN, Alb and hemorheology in both groups were observed. Results：Mter the treatment, the UPQ, Scr, BUN, Alb and hemorheology in both groups got imprtwed. By comparison with these before the treatment, the difference has statistical significance （P 〈 0. 05 ）, and the improvement in observation group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： GBE combined with Bailing Cap- sule has noticeable effect on on DN.
