中西医结合治疗老年慢性前列腺炎89例  

89 Cases with Senile Chronic Prostatitis Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicne

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗老年慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法:选取老年慢性前列腺炎患者178例,随机分为研究组和对照组,每组89例。对照组给予单纯西医对症治疗,研究组在对照组治疗的基础上加用前列康汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为88.8%,研究组有效率为59.5%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗后症状程度评分均优于对照组(P均<0.05);研究组治疗后前列腺液中的白细胞计数水平也低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗老年慢前列腺炎的临床疗效显著。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of integrative Chinese and western medicine on senile chronic prostatitis. Meth- ods：178 cases with senile chronic prostatitis were randomized into research group and control group,with 89 cases in each group. Control group were given purely western medicine treatment and research group were additionally given Qianliekang Decoction. Results：The effective rate of control group was 88.8% while that of research group was 59.9% ;research group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The score of symptom degree in research group was better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）, and the white blood cell count in research group after treatment was also better than that in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： integrative Chinese and western medicine therapy has remarkable clinical effect on senile chronic prostatitis.
