中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石90例  

90 Cases with Urinary Calculus Treated by Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石的临床疗效。方法:将180例泌尿系结石患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各90例,对照组给予体外冲击波碎石治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上加用通淋排石汤治疗。结果:对照组有效率为58.89%,治疗组有效率为82.22%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组第1疗程后有效率为42.22%,对照组第1疗程后有效率为23.33%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗泌尿系结石疗效显著,能加快结石排出,缩短治疗时间。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine on urinary calculus. Methods ：180 cases with urinary calculus were randomized into control group and treatment group, with 90 cases in each group. Control group were given extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy （ESWL） and treatment group were additionally given Stranguria- Treating and Calculus-Removing Decoction. Results：The effective rate was 58.89% in control group and 82.22% in treatment group; treatment group were better than control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. After the first treatment course, the effective rate was 23.33 % in control group and 42.22% in treatment group;treatment group were better than control group （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：The therapy of integrative Chinese and western medicine has good therapeutic effect on urinary calculus and can accelerate the removal of calculus and shorten the treatment time.
