摘　　要：利用中国营养与健康调查(CHNS)1989-2011年数据,使用收入贫困和多维贫困测量方法对残疾人贫困状况的动态特征进行了研究,并采用logit模型分析了残疾对个体贫困的影响和导致残疾人贫困的因素。残疾人与非残疾人的收入贫困和多维贫困状态都在逐步改善,但残疾人的多维贫困指数都高于非残疾人,且前者比后者更容易陷入贫困;教育、医疗保险和卫生设施是对残疾人多维贫困指数贡献最大的三个指标,农村残疾人比城市残疾人对多维贫困指数的贡献更大;教育和就业是导致残疾人贫困的重要因素。提出了改善当前残疾人贫困状况的政策建议。Using data from China Health and Nutrition Survey during 1989 -2011, this study applies income poverty and multidimensional poverty measurements to analyze the development trends of disabled poverty status. The influence and cause of disability on poverty were studied by using logit models. The condition of income poverty and multidimensional poverty of the disa- bled is changing towards to the bright side but still not as fast as non - disabled people. The multidimensional poverty index of the disabled is higher than of non - disabled people. Educa- tion, medical insurance and sanitation are the most important contribution to muhidimensional poverty index of the disable and the rural disabled contribute more than urban disabled people. Education and employment are important factors caused the disabled to fall into poverty. Ac- cording to the results, this paper presents the advices to improve the current poverty condition of the disabled people.
