摘 要:目的探讨己烯雌酚对维甲酸致大鼠骨损害的影响。方法 4月龄雌性SD大鼠24只,随机分成正常对照组、维甲酸组、己烯雌酚组,连续给药28 d。大鼠处死后取血清测量碱性磷酸酶、抗酒石酸酸性磷酸酶,取右侧股骨进行骨密度和生物力学参数测量,取胫骨上段进行骨组织形态计量学测量。结果维甲酸组大鼠骨密度、生物力学参数、静态参数(骨组织总面积、骨小梁面积、骨小梁周长)、动态参数(标记周长百分数、骨形成率)均较正常对照组下降(P<0.05)。己烯雌酚组的骨生物力学参数(弹性载荷、刚性系数、弯曲能量)较维甲酸组增加(P<0.05)。结论己烯雌酚可部分改善维甲酸所致大鼠骨损害。Objective To investigate the effect of diethylstilbestrol on bone damage caused by retinoic acid (RA) in rats. Methods Twenty-four 4-month-old SD rats were randomly divided into control, RA, and diethylstilbestrol groups, each receiving 28-day drug administration. Serum levels of alkaline phosphatase and tartrate resistant acid phosphatase, bone mineral density (BMD) and biomechanical parameters of the right femur, and histomorphometric indexes of the proximal tibial metaphysis were determined. Results Compared with control group, BMD, biomechanical parameters, static (total tissue area, trabecular area, and trabecular perimeter) and dynamic parameters (percentage of labeled perimeter and bone formation rate) were decreased in RA group (P〈0.05). The biomechanical parameters (elastic load, rigid coefficient and bending energy) were increased in diethylstilbestrol group compared with RA group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Diethylstilbestrol can improve some biomechanical parameters of RA-induced femur bone damage in rats.
