“安倍政治学”与中日韩关系  

“Abe-Politics”and Sino-Japan-ROK Relationship

摘　　要：中日韩三国是东北亚的近邻,彼此既有许多共同点也有不少差异,既有许多共同利益也存在一些矛盾和问题。历史上,唐朝的白村江海战,明朝万历年间中朝联军击败丰臣秀吉的入侵,清末的甲午战争等,中日之间每次战争都与朝鲜半岛紧密相关。2015年对中日韩三国具有重要意义。这一年既是不平等的中日《马关条约》签署120周年,也是世界反法西斯战争及中国人民抗日战争胜利、朝鲜半岛光复、日本战败投降70周年;这一年既是不平等的《日韩合并条约》签署105周年,也是二战后韩日建交50周年。如何从政治与经济的相关性、历史与现实的结合点,认识日本政治右倾化特别是"安倍政治学"对中日、韩日关系的影响,值得深入研究。China,Republic of Korea,and Japan,being closed neighbors in Northeast Asia,share a lot both in common and differences. They are both intimate stakeholders and rivals with conflicts and problems. Historically,every war between China and Japan involves the Korean Peninsula deeply,such as the White Village of Tang River Battle in which China and the DPRK forces defeated Hide Yoshi invasion in Ming Dynasty and the Sino-Japanese War of 1894~1895 in Qing Dynasty. The year of 2015 has great significance for the above three nations. This year,is not only the 120 th anniversary of signing the unequal Sino-Japanese'Treaty of Shimonoseki',but also the 70 th anniversary of the victory of the World Anti-Fascist War and the Chinese Anti-Japanese War,the recovery of the Korean Peninsula,and Japan's surrender. This year,is both the 105 th anniversary of the unequal'Japan and Korea Annexation Treaty',but also the 50 th anniversary of diplomatic relations between ROK and Japan after World War II. How to evaluate the tilt of right of Japanese politics especially the'Abe politics'and its influence on China-ROK-Japan relations in the perspective of the connectness of politics and economy,history and reality,focusing on the long-term pragmatic cooperation of the three countries,is worthy of further study.
