摘  要:选取水城河湿地公园1号舞彩钢桥、勘探二队、六盘水实验二中、人民广场和荷城花园5个采样点的水样品,以去离子水为阴性对照,测定了各采样点水体的蚕豆(Vicia faba)根尖细胞微核率(MCN‰)及污染指数(PI)。应用蚕豆根尖细胞微核技术,评价贵州省水城河污染状况,并分析造成水城河污染的原因。结果表明,5个采样点水体处理的根尖细胞微核率均极显著高于对照组(P<0.01),其中湿地公园1号舞彩钢桥水样(PI=3.23)为中度污染,勘探二队(PI=4.41)、实验二中(PI=5.17)、人民广场(PI=6.58)和荷城花园(PI=6.89)的水样均为重度污染。表明湿地公园1号舞彩钢桥至荷城花园均存在不同程度污染,水城河上游至下游水污染呈上升趋势。Five water samples were selected from Shuicheng River Wetland Park No.1 Wucai Steel Bridge,Exploration team two,the Second Experimental School of Liupanshui, The People's Square and Hecheng Garden. Deionized water was used as negative control. Pollution index (PI) and cell micronucleus permillage (MCN‰) of Vicia faba root tip cells were determined. Micronueleus of Vicia faba root tip cells was used to evaluate the pollution status and analyze the reasons causing water pollution of Shuicheng river in Guizhou province. The results showed that the MCN‰ of root tip cells treated with the water from 5 sampling points was extremely significant higher than that of the cells treated with the negative control group (P〈 0.01). The No.1 Wucai Steel Bridge was under moderately pollution (PI=3.23), while Exploration Team two (PI=4.41), the Second Experimental School of Liupanshui (PI=5.17), The People's Square (PI=6.58) and Hecheng Garden (PI=6.89) were severely polluted. The water body of five sampling points in Wetland Park was polluted to different degree. Water pollution was on the rise from the upstream to the downstream of Shuicheng River.
