摘 要:为了提高低碳源污水脱氮除磷的效率,在总结间歇式活性污泥法(SBR)工艺特性和运行控制的基础上,对现有低碳源污水的处理方式进行了改进,提出了高污泥负荷下的新型SBR厌氧、好氧、缺氧反硝化除磷系统。通过对人工配水处理的试验,得到了在低碳源下系统的最佳运行工况。在最佳工况下,化学需氧量(COD)、总磷、氨氮的去除率高达80%以上,出水达到了国家污水综合排放一级标准。同时,在最佳工况下,对微生物内源呼吸氧化自身碳源提供能量进行的反硝化脱氮和反硝化除磷进行了详细的解释,同时根据氧化还原电位(ORP)和溶解氧含量(DO)的值进行了缺氧、厌氧和好氧段的分界。为了进一步说明系统对低碳源污水的脱氮除磷影响,对不同C/N值的污水在最佳工况下进行了试验。结果表明,C/N值为3.4左右时系统的脱氮除磷效果最好。To increase the removal efficiency of nitrogen and phosphorus, different patterns of operating and controlling in the normal SBR were studied. High sludge load and new operation SBR treatment for denitrification and dephosphatation species was introduced based on the operation of low-carbon source of the sewage. The best operational pattern was found through the experimental results of synthetic wastewater. The high quality of effluent was obtained by the best operational pattern, with the removal efficiency of COD,TP,TN more than 80%. The treated wastewater met the first grade standard. The influences of the microbial endogenous respiration on denitrification nitrogen and the denitrification dephosphatation were investigated. Based on ORP and DO under the best operational pattern, anoxic and anaerobic R aerobic was distinguished and the changes of the ORP and DO were explained in detail. In order to further explain the influences of the low-carbon source of sewage on the operational pattern, the sewage with different C/N values under the best operational pattern was tested. The results showed that the best effeeiency of removing nitrogen and phosphorus species was obtained when C/N was about 3.4.
