摘  要:通过对4种杀虫剂的室内生物活性和田间药效试验,寻找防治小菜蛾(Plutella xylostella)的高效药剂。室内与田间试验结果表明,阿维菌素、甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、三氟甲吡醚对小菜蛾2龄幼虫的室内LC50为(0.144 0-0.319 5)mg/L;田间用药后7 d防治效果为85.5%-92.0%,可见这3种药剂均可用于防治小菜蛾。氯虫苯甲酰胺具有较高的室内生物活性(LC50为0.114 2 mg/L),但田间防治效果差于其他3种药剂(药后7 d防效为75.5%),建议根据不同地区害虫抗药性的差异,合理使用氯虫苯甲酰胺。To screen the effective pesticides for controlling Plutella xylostella, bioassay and field control efficacy of four pesticides against plutella xylostella were studied. The results showed that Avermectin, Emamectin Benzoate and Pyridalyl had high control efficacy, with the toxicity (LC50) to 2nd instar larvae of plutella xylostella of 0.144 0-0.319 5 mg/L. The preventing effects were 85.5%-92.0% in 7d after using pesticides. Chlorantraniliprole had high control efficacy when LC50 was 0.114 2 mg/L. The control efficacy (75.5% in 7d after using pesticides) was significantly lower than that of other three pesticides. Chlorantraniliprole should be rationally used according to the diversity of pest resistance in different areas.
