摘  要:采用刺探电位图(EPG)技术监测褐飞虱(Nilaparvata lugens Stal)对人工取食液的取食行为,参考褐飞虱取食水稻的EPG波形,对褐飞虱取食Parafilm膜下液体状物质的EPG波形进行解析,发现褐飞虱在液体饲喂模型中产生5种典型波形,分别为非刺探波形(np波)、口针刺入波形(P波)、口针在液体中移动波形(M波)、主动抽吸波形(I波)和口针在液体中的未知波形(X波)。采用饲喂模式分析褐飞虱取食不同浓度蔗糖溶液的刺吸行为,发现褐飞虱对2.50%-20.00%浓度范围的蔗糖溶液吸食时间较长,尤其是5.00%和20.00%蔗糖组的褐飞虱有一半左右的记录时间处于主动吸食状态。蔗糖溶液在用于褐飞虱EPG监测的液体饲喂模式时,推荐5.00%-20.00%作为候选人工取食液浓度。Electrical penetration graph (EPG) was used to monitor the probing and sucking behavior of brown planthopper feeding with artificial liquid diet. The corresponding EPG waveforms were identified using the EPG waveforms of brown planthopper feeding with rice plants as reference. It results showed that there were 5 typical waveforms on liquid diet model correlated with feeding behaviors including non-probe(np), styler penetrating into liquid (P), stylet moving in liquid (M), active ingestion of liquid (I) and unknown behavior of stylet in liquid (X). The feeding behavior of brown planthopper feeding on sucrose solution of different concentrations was studied using EPG technique on the liquid diet model. The results showed that the total time of ingestion waveforms in groups of 2.50%-20.00% sucrose solution was longer than that of the control group (in fresh water). The brown planthopper in groups of 5.00% and 20.00% sucrose solutions was in active ingestion at half of the recording time. Therefore, 5.00%-20.00% sucrose solution is recommended as the candidate diet for the EPG recording of brown plantbopper feeding on the liquid diet model.
