摘　　要：论述了产业集群协同创新初创期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期的7类外显表现,并立足于这些外在表现形式,对产业集群协同创新不同生命阶段的金融需求特点和融资渠道进行了分析,旨在把握产业集群协同创新的金融需求状况,为产业集群协同创新金融支持体系的合理制定提供参考。The life cycle of the collaborative innovation of industrial cluster was divided into four stages：start-up, growth, maturity, and decline period.Seven different explicit forms in these four periods were analyzed.Based on these external forms, the financial demand of different collaborative innovation stages of industrial cluster was analyzed.It provides rational reference for the financial support system of the collaborative innovation of industrial cluster.
