摘　　要：对外加工贸易是国民经济运营体系中的重要组成部分,必须正视其所遭遇的困境,积极寻找可行的出路,以促进我国对外加工贸易持续健康发展。在分析我国加工贸易发展现状的基础上,研究了当前我国加工贸易运营遭遇的困境,并从产品定位、输出种类、营销手段、制作水准等方面提出了我国加工贸易突围脱困的对策建议。The foreign processing trade is an important part of the national economic operating system. Therefore, we must realize the current dilemma, actively search out the reasonable outlet to improve the sustainable and healthy development of China＇s foreign processing trade. Based on analyzing the status of China＇s processing trade, this paper studies the current dilem- ma, and puts forward countermeasures for China＇s processing trade to breakthrough from the product positioning, output cate- gory, marketing method, production value and other aspects
