摘　　要：全面分析了我国医学院校开展医学职业精神教育的研究现状与不足之处,从医学职业精神的内涵,我国医学生对医学职业精神的认知与实践现状,我国医学院校职业精神教育现状和国外医学职业精神教育的有益经验等角度进行研究分析,提出目前医学职业精神教育的局限性与未来研究的重点,为我国医学职业精神教育的进一步改革和研究提供借鉴思路。Based on the comprehensive analysis of the status and problems of medical professionalism education in medical colleges in our country. From the connotation of medical professionalism, our medical students to the sit- uation of cognition and practice of medical professionalism spirit of vocational education in the universities of China, the present situation and the useful experience of foreign medical professionalism education, this paper put forward the current limitations of medical professionalism education and future research focus, for further reform of medical professionalism education and research in China to provide references.
