摘  要:目的 :观察新血府逐瘀软胶囊对动脉粥样硬化患者血清巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)的影响。方法:选取60例符合颈动脉粥样硬化斑块形成及高脂血症诊断标准的血瘀证患者,随机分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组给予阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg,每日1次,观察组在对照组基础上加服新血府逐瘀软胶囊4粒,日3次,两组均用药12周,分别于治疗前后肘静脉采血测血清中的MIF、TNF-α、LDL-C及TC的水平。结果:两组患者治疗后MIF、TNF-α、LDL-C及TC水平下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),观察组与对照组比较各指标下降更显著(均P<0.05)。结论:新血府逐瘀软胶囊能够调控机体免疫炎症反应,起到抗动脉粥样硬化作用。Objective :To observe the effect of New Xuefu Zhuyu soft capsule on serum macrophage migration inhibitory factor (MIF),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α),low-density lipoprotein (LDL-C) and total cholesterol (TC) of atherosclerosis patients. Methods:Sixty cases of atherosclerosis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,30 cases in each group. In control group,the conventional western medicine was applied,added Atorvastatin Calcium tablets 20 mg,and one time every day. In observation group,on the basis of the treatment as control group,New Xuefu Zhuyu soft capsule was added 4 pills,and three times every day. The medication was administered for 12 weeks in two groups. Before and after treatment,the signs of serum MIF,TNF-α,LDL-C and TC levels were determined in two groups. Results:After treatment, the levels of MIF,TNF-α,LDL-C and TC were lower than before treatment in both grouo(P〈0.05 or P〈 0.01). Observation group indexes declined more significantly than those of control group(all P〈0.05). Conclusion:New Xuefu Zhuyu soft capsule can resistant to atherosclerosis through regulating inflammatory reaction.
