柴芩石膏汤治疗Ⅱ期手足口病退热疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 :观察柴芩石膏汤治疗Ⅱ期手足口病的退热疗效。方法:将Ⅱ期手足口病患者209例随机分为治疗组102例与对照组107例,两组病例均采用西医常规综合治疗,治疗组加服柴芩石膏汤,治疗时间为5 d。结果:治疗组总有效率优于对照组(P<0.01);体温复常时间、再次发热峰值个数、布洛芬用药次数,治疗组均优于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组住院天数优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组未见转化为危重型的病例,未发现不良反应和副作用,对照组8例转化为危重型。结论:柴芩石膏汤对手足口病退热作用确切,减少危重症发生,缩短治疗时间,减少患者费用。Objective：To observe antifebrile effect of Chaiqin Shigao decoction treating Ⅱ period hand,foot and mouth disease （HFMD）. Methods：Two hundreds and nine cases of HFMD Ⅱ period were randomly di vided into treatment group（102 cases） and control group（107 cases）,and two groups of cases using conventional western medicine comprehensive treatment,and the treatment group added oral Chaiqin Shigao decoction,and treatment lasted for 5 days. Results ：The total effective rate in treatment group was better than that of control group（P〈0.01）. Normalization of body temperature time,number of temperature fever again peak, number of ibuprofen drugs of treatment group were better than those of control group（P〈0.01）. The treatment group hospitalization days was better than that of control group（P〈0.05）. Treatment group had not severe cases and adverse reactions. 8 cases were become severe in control group. Conclusion：Chaiqin Shigao decoction treating HFMD antifebrile effect accurate,less critical,shorten the treatment time,reduce the cost of patients.
