摘　　要：ISO 18289:2014《船舶与海洋技术航行及浅水工程船起锚绞车》为我国主导编制,本文通过对起锚绞车国际标准的编制过程及技术关键进行分析研究,总结我国在主导国际标准编制方面的经验,为后续工作提供参考。This paper analyzes the development process of the international standard, ISO 18289：2014 Ships and marine technology -- Navigation and shallow-water engineering vessels -- Anchor winches dominantly developed by China and its key technologies, summarizes the experiences on international standards development and provides reference for future work.
