摘　　要：奥尔森集团政治思想以集体行动逻辑为基础,侧重分析集团政治的消极功能,认为利益集团本质上具有分利倾向,集团的分利活动将会影响国家的兴衰,进而提出建立强化市场型政府来减少集团政治的消极影响,构建了集团活动与制度变迁的分析框架,拓展了集团理论的内涵,深化了对政府与经济关系的认识,具有重要的理论价值。Basing on the logic of collection action, Olsen~ s Group Politics theory emphasises the nega- tive effects of group politics,and regards that the interest share actives of groups will eventually affect the country＇s rise and fall, proposes the establishment of ＂market--augmenting government＂ in order to re- duce the negative impact of group politics. Olsen^s Group Politics theory constructs the analytical frame- work of group activitiesand institution change,expands the group theory, deepens the understanding of re- lationship between government and economic,has important theoretical value.
