摘  要:开展了安全阀流场数值模拟的理论研究,获得了安全阀排放时的内部压力分布图以及速度矢量图,计算了安全阀在不同入口压力下的排量值,测试了在不同入口压力下阀门的排量,分析了计算数据和试验结果的差异,证明了数值模拟方法可以有效地模拟安全阀内部的流动情况。This paper describes a numerical simulation method using Fluent software to study the flow field of safety valve. The safety valve discharge model is establishment and the numerical simulation is completed. The internal pressure distribution map, velocity vector graph and displacement at different inlet pressure of safety valve is got through the calculations result. At the same time, in order to validate the results of numerical simulation, the displacement experiment was conducted in the valve displacement experiment unit to obtain the displacement of safety valve at different inlet pressure. Through the comparison between calculations and experiment result, it is found that Numerical simulation method can effectively simulate the internal flow of safety valve and it is consistent between calculation and test results.
