建立建设工程市场质量安全一体化监管平台应注意的几个问题——以湖北省建设工程综合监管信息平台建设为例

摘　　要：按照住建部《关于推进建筑业发展与改革的若干意见》的要求,大力推进建筑市场监管与工程质量安全监管信息化和诚信体系建设,建立省级一体化工作平台,全面实现"数据一个库、监管一张网、管理一条线"的信息化监管总体目标。结合湖北省当前建设工程综合监管信息平台建设有关情况,列举和分析了在省级建设工程市场质量安全一体化监管平台建立过程中有关问题,为今后建设行业监管信息化工作提供参考。According to the MOHURD Opinions“On Promoting the Construction Industry Development and Reform”requirement,and vigorously promoted the construction market and engineering quality and safety supervision regulatory information and the integrity of the system,established a provincial working platform integration,the full realization of“the one database,the one supervision net,the one management line”the overall goal of regulatory information. In this paper,the current construction project in Hubei information monitoring platform for building such circumstances,enumeration and analysis in the provincial construction market,quality and safety supervision integration issues related to the process of establishing a platform to provide a reference for future work building industry construction and management of information technology.
