摘　　要：目的进一步了解牡丹江市区跳蚤滋生情况,加强滋生环境卫生治理,消灭跳蚤,管理寄生宿主,防止叮咬事件再次发生,更好地保证正常工作秩序。方法采用现场流行病学调查方法对牡丹江市网通六分局工作人员进行问卷调查,对其发病情况进行分析。同时采用粘捕法在机房、仓库用粘蟑螂板采集虫子,带回实验室进行鉴定。结果经过现场调查和采集虫子标本共采集跳蚤236只,经过鉴定结果为猫栉首蚤。结论采取有效防治方法,消灭现有的跳蚤,管理好寄生宿主,加强工作环境治理,及时清理垃圾和灰尘,有效控制跳蚤的滋生,无新病例发生,杜绝了类似跳蚤虫害的发生。Objective To further understand urban flea breeding situation in Mudanjiang city, strengthen breed- ing environment health management, eliminate fleas, management of parasitic hosts, to prevent bites recur- rence, better guarantee the normal work order. Methods By using the method of field epidemiological survey to conduct questionnaire survey for staff in China Netcom sixth substation working area in Mudanjiang city, to analyze its incidence situation. At the same time, the sticky trap method is adopted in the computer room, warehouse with stick cockroach collection worms, back to the laboratory for identification. Results Totally col- lected 236 fleas though on site investigation and sampling insect specimens, identified to be Ctenocephalides felie. Conclusions Take effective prevention and treatment, eliminate existing flea, manage parasitic hosts, strengthen work environment management, clearing up the rubbish and dust in time, effectively control the flea breeding, no new cases happen, put an end to similar flea infestation.
