摘 要:目的探讨研究生物指示剂与化学指示剂在高压灭菌中的应用和效果比较,为高压灭菌过程中指示剂的选择提供依据。方法选择市售常见的生物指示剂(北京四环ME)与化学指示卡(北京四环)作为研究对象,采用同一高压灭菌器对自制的灭菌测试包进行灭菌操作,并重复30次,观察二者的灭菌效果。结果经过灭菌测试后,生物指示剂3 h快速检测全部合格,并经48 h培养后显示合格率达100%;化学指示卡的判断合格率也达到100%,二者差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.01,P>0.05)。结论生物指示剂与化学指示卡对于高压灭菌具有相同的灭菌效果,并且生物指示剂的快速测定稳定性良好,推荐作为评价高压灭菌效果的理想检测方法。Objective To discuss the application and effectiveness comparison for the biological indicator and chemical indicator in autoclave, and provide basis of indicator selection for autoclave process. Methods Cho- sen commonly commercially available biological indicators (Beijing Sihuan ME) and chemical indicator card ( Beijing Sihuan) as the research objects, using the same autoclave sterilization test pack for homemade sterili- zation operation, and repeated 30 times, to observe the sterilization effect of the 2. Results After sterilization test results, biological indicators 3 hours rapid detection all qualified, and culture showed a pass rate of 100% after 48 hours ; interpretation of chemical indicator pass rate reached 100% as well, no significant statistically difference between the 2 methods (X2 = 0. 01, P 〉 0. 05 ) . Conclusions Biological indicator and chemical indicator have the same effect for autoclave sterilization, and rapid determination stability of biological indica- tors is good, it is recommended for ideal method for evaluating the effect of autoclaving ideal detection.
