摘 要:目的 了解深圳市2013年麻疹流行病学特征,评价麻疹监测系统运转情况。方法 采用描述流行病学方法对深圳市2013年麻疹监测资料进行分析。结果 2013年深圳共报告麻疹确诊病例1 086例,年发病率为10.30/10万;发病具有明显的季节性,3~10月发病例数占总病例数的93.83%,5~9月为发病高峰;79.83%的病例集中在郊区;15岁以下儿童发病占总病例数的66.58%,其中8月龄以下占33.15%,8月龄~1岁占17.68%,1~15岁占15.75%;病例中无免疫史的占60.31%,免疫史不详的占31.77%。结论 麻疹监测系统运转质量较好。儿童是麻疹防控的重点人群,应进一步提高麻疹疫苗接种率及接种及时率。Objective To understand the epidemiological characteristics of measles and evaluate the operation status of surveillance system of Shenzhen city in 2013. Methods The methodology of descriptive epidemiology was adopted to analyze the material of measles observation system of Shenzhen city in 2013. Results A total of 1086 cases of measles were reported of Shenzhen city in 2013. The annual incidence rate was 10.30/100000 ; the morbidity has an obvious seasonal nature, measles was mainly occurred in the period of March to October accounted for 93.83% , the peak of the morbidity is from May to September, 79.83% of cases concentrated in the suburbs; Children younger than 15 years old accounted for 66. 58% of all cases, infants younger than 8 months old accounted for 33.15%, infants aged 8 to 12 months accounted for 17.68% , and children aged 1 to 15 years accounted for 15.75% ; 60. 31% cases had not been vaccinated and 31.77% had vague immuni- zation history. Conclusions The quality of measles surveillance system operation was well. Children were the risk population, should further improve in the coverage and timeliness of routine immunization of measles vac- cines.
