摘 要:针对延川南区块煤层气排采井因煤粉从煤层中析出至井筒所造成的部分低产液量井卡泵及杆管严重偏磨的现状,研究应用了煤层气同心双管排采新工艺技术;基于高压液体经过射流泵喷射产生低压区,实现不作业将煤粉从井中排出,避免煤粉卡泵的思路,设计了煤层气同心双管排采工艺管柱;该技术在Y10井开展了现场应用,措施后单井检泵周期为15个月,单井延长检泵周期270天。该井目前日产液0.37m^3,日产气152.98m^3,累计产液926.09m^3,累计产气248066.52m^3;试验结果表明,煤层气同心双管排采新工艺技术避免煤粉卡泵,根除了杆管偏磨,延长排采井检泵周期。To resolve the situation occurred in the CBM wells in Yanchuan South Block that pulverized coal from the coal seam to the borehole caused the stuck pump and serious eccentric wear of rod and tub- ing in some wells with low fluid-withdrawal rates, the paper studies the application of the new technology of CBM drainage with concentric parallel tube. The concentric parallel tube is designed based on the thought that high pressure fluid flows through the jet pump and spray to form a low pressure area, and the pulverized coal could be removed from the well without operation, so as to avoid the stuck pump. The technology has been applied in Y10 well. The pump detection period for single well is 15 months after the application, expand ly gas production is ed by 270d. Recently, the daily production of fluid of this well is 0. 37m3, and dai- 152. 98m3, with the accumulated gas production of 248066. 52 m3. The test result shows that the technology could avoid stuck pumps by pulverized coal and eccentric wear of rod and tub- ing, and expand the pump detection period of CBM wells.
