摘 要:抽油机调平衡是油田生产管理中一项重要的工作,针对游梁平衡抽油机展开了峰值功率法调平衡研究。根据悬点上、下冲程中减速箱曲柄轴峰值转矩相等的准则,提出悬点上、下冲程中电机峰值功率相等的等价原则。利用电机功率与传到减速箱从动轴上的转矩的关系式,建立了峰值功率法游梁平衡重调整量计算模型,并推导了峰值功率法游梁平衡重调整量计算公式。计算结果表明:按照该方法调整游梁平衡重后,峰值功率相等,该模型正确,可为游梁平衡抽油机调平衡提供理论指导。Due to the important role that crank counterbalance adjustment plays in the oil field pro- duction management, studies are targeted on beam balanced pumping units with peak power bal- ance transfer method. According to the criterion that the peak torques of crank shaft gearbox are the same between upper and lower stroke of the hanging point, the equivalence principle is put forward,which is that the peak torques of motor are also the same between upper and lower stroke of the hanging point. With the relationship of motor power and torque that are spread to gearbox driven shaft,adjustment's calculation model of crank balance is established and weight adjustment formula of crank balance is derived depending on peak power, which provides theoreti- cal guidance to the work of adjusting the balance of beam pumping unit. The result of calculation shows that,after using the model to adjust the weight of balance block,the peak torques turn to the same value,which proves the model to be correct and proves that it can provide a theoretical guidance to the work of adjusting the balance of beam pumping unit.
