摘  要:针对射孔完井引起套管损坏的问题,从射孔套管整体受力的角度出发,依据板壳开孔力学模型,建立套管射孔螺旋布孔有限元力学模型,清晰反映出套管射孔后孔眼周围应力区域变化。对比不同射孔参数条件下射孔前后套管高应力区域体积比,得出高应力区域压缩体积系数,分析出正常生产压差条件下,不同射孔参数(孔径、孔密、相位角)对射孔套管压缩体积系数影响。结果表明:不同射孔参数对射孔套管压缩体积系数均有影响,根据不同参数影响规律各自特点,给出了降低射孔套管高应力区域体积系数的射孔参数优选方案,整体上减少正常生产状况下射孔套管高应力区域压缩体积,保障了油井的正常生产。In view of the problem that perforation completion resulted in casing damage,from the perspective of perforating casing overall stress, on the basis of plate and shell opening mechanics model, the cloth of spiral casing perforation holes finite element mechanics model is established, reflecting the area around the hole stress change after the casing perforation clearly. Comparing different perforation parameters before and after perforating casing under the condition of high stress area volume ratio, the high stress area compressed volume factor was concluded, the differ- ential pressure under the condition of normal production, the influence of different perforation parameters (bore diameter, shooting density, phase angle) to the perforated casing compressed volume factor were analyzed. The results of the analysis show that different perforation parame- ters on the perforated casing all affect the compressed volume factor. According to the characteris- tics of the different effect law to different parameters, providing the optimization scheme of perfo- rating parameters that reducing the volume factor of perforated casing high stress area. On the whole,perforated casing high stress area compressed volume is reduced under normal production conditions.
