摘  要:针对高低压双流道钻头的井底流场建立了二维模型,利用CFD及有限元方法对模型进行网格划分、设置边界条件并进行计算。通过分析喷嘴压力、井底流场压力及流体速度等数据表明:增加双流道钻头高压喷嘴的射流压力,在井底形成高压喷射可以降低井底流场的静压力,能够释放地层压力,提高PDC钻头的切削破岩能力,从而提高机械钻速。The 2D model of high-low pressure double channel bit of the effective rock broken drill- ing tools has been established. The model has been computed after being meshed and set boundary conditions by CFD and finite element methods. The nozzle pressure, the bottom hole fl0w field pressure and the fluid velocity data have been analyzed. The results show that high pressure jet has been formed by increasing the jet pressure of high pressure nozzle on the bottom of the well. And the static pressure of flow field will been reduced. Therefore,the formation pressure will be released. The breaking capacity of PDC bit and the ROP will be improved.
