摘  要:在膨胀管补贴技术现场施工中,管柱伸长问题是制约施工成败的关键因素之一,由于未充分考虑管柱的伸长将导致膨胀管的锚定位置偏离套损、套漏位置,最终导致施工失败,造成施工成本的浪费,并引起工程复杂,造成大修甚至油水井的报废。在施工前针对具体的施工井况计算出施工过程中的管柱伸长量,具有确保施工成功的现实意义。利用材料力学中研究方法,对膨胀管技术中的管柱伸长问题进行了研究,推导出了伸长量计算公式,可应用于现场补贴管柱计算。Expansion tube subsidy technology,which is a new technology in an oil casing,is devel- oped in recent years. The damage of casing leakage is one of the key factors restricting the con- struction of the success or failure of pipe stretch problem in this technology in construction field. Because the column elongation is not fully considered, the expansion pipe anchoring position devi- ation casing leakage location is caused, eventually is led to failure of construction, resulting in con- struction costs of waste, causing the engineering complex, and scrapping overhaul even oil wells. Therefore, before the construction, for the construction of wells specific, the pipe stem elongation in the process of construction quantity should be calculated, and taken into account in the con- struction pipe column calculation to ensure construction, which has practical significance for suc- cess. Using the research methods of mechanics of materials, the expansion tube elongation column techniques have been presented, derived the calculation formula of elongation, concrete applied to field subsidies pipe column calculation.
