摘　　要：目的:通过对13167例住院患者24 h死亡时间的统计,分析患者总体死亡时间变化规律,分析其中3个系统疾病患者死亡时间变化规律,提出预见性护理对策。方法:将1963年到2009年报道的13167例住院患者死亡时间进行搜集并按病种分类,绘制13167例、呼吸系统、心血管系统、脑血管系统住院患者24 h死亡时间分布图。结果:13167例住院患者总体死亡时间高峰出现在3时至7时;呼吸系统患者死亡时间高峰出现在19时至8时;心血管系统患者死亡时间高峰出现在4时至11时;脑血管系统患者死亡时间高峰出现在6时至11时。结论:13167例各系统住院患者死亡时间集中于下半夜;呼吸系统患者死亡时间高发时段还包括上半夜;心脑血管系统患者死亡高发时段包括上午,其中脑血管系统患者在下午还出现死亡的小高峰。Objective： Based on the statistics of 13167 cases of hospitalized patients＇death time in 24 hours, analyse the changing rules of the patient＇s overall death time and choose three systems＇ diseases to predict the nursing countermeasures. Methods：13167 cases of hospitalized patients＇ death time from 1963 to 2009 were collected and classified, drawing the death time distribution diagrams of 13167 cases form the cardiovascular system, the respiratory system and the cerebrovascular system. Results： The overall peak time of death appeared in 3 ~ 7 hours in the 13167 cases of hospitalized patients; the peak time of respiratory patients＇ death appeared in the 8 - 19th, the peak time of the cardiovascular patients＇ death appeared in 4 ~ 11hours, the peak time of the cerebrovascular patients＇ death appeared in 6 ~ 11 hours. Conclusions： The peak time of 13167 cases focused on the latter half of the night,the peak time of respiratory death included the midnight, the peak time of cardiocerebral vascular patient included the forenoon; a small peak of death appeared in the afternoon among the cerebrovascular patients.
