滋补肝肾潜阳胶囊对DOC型高血压大鼠降压作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨滋补肝肾潜阳胶囊(ZBGS)对大鼠高血压模型的降压作用,为临床用药提供依据。方法:制备DOC型高血压大鼠模型,随机分为模型组、苯磺酸氨氯地平片组、滋补肝肾潜阳胶囊低剂量组、中剂量组、高剂量组,分别测定末次给药前血压、药后50 min血压(苯磺酸氨氯地平片鼠给药4 h后测量血压)。结果:滋补肝肾潜阳胶囊对DOC型高血压大鼠有明显的降压作用。Objective：To investigate antihypertensive effects of Zibu Ganshen Qianyang Capsule （ZBGS） to provide reference for clinical medication.Methods： We established rats model of hypertension DOC and randomly divided them into model group, Amlodipine Besylate Tablets group, ZBGS low dose group, ZBGS medium dose group and ZBGS high dose group. And we measured blood pressure before and 50min after taking medicine （for Amlodipine Besylate Tablets group, measured 4h after taking medicine）. Results： ZBGS shows significantly antihypertensive effects on hypertension DOC.
