运动针法配合推拿四步疗法治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:对运动针法配合推拿四步疗法治疗腰椎小关节紊乱症的临床效果进行分析研究。方法:将200例腰椎小关节紊乱症患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组100例,治疗后观察效果并进行对比。结果:治疗组和观察组治疗结束后,对比结果有显著性差别(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论:治疗组疗效更为显著,值得临床推广。Objective： To analyze and study the clinical effects of acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with four-step Tuina on lumbar small joint disturbance. Methods： 200 cases with lumbar small joint disturbance were randomly divided into a treatment group treated with acupuncture kinesitherapy combined with four-step Tuina and a control group, 100 cases in each group, the effects were compared after treatment. Results： After the treatment for the treatment group and the observation group, the comparison was significant difference（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion： The efficacy of the treatment group is more significant, which is worthy of promotion.
