摘　　要：阳极炉精炼工序的浇铸包、中间包烘烤一直为LPG掺杂用风烘烤,这种操作方式存在LPG消耗量大,成本高,易产生低空污染,不利于清洁化生产等弊端。通过分析影响包子质量和LPG烘烤成本高的因素,对包子制作和烘烤方式进行改进,达到节能降耗,现场环境优良的效果。The casting ladle and intermediate ladle of anode refining process are always toasted by LPG mixing compressed air. This operating mode has some disadvantages, for example LPG consumed in large quantities, high cost and easily generated low atmospheric pollution which is not conducive to the clean production. Based on the analysis of influence factors on the quality of ladle and higher cost of LPG toasted, the ladle manufacture and toasting mode are improved to achieve energy saving and environmental improvement.
