摘　　要：圆盘浇铸机是铜冶炼厂的重要核心设备,也是冶金化工工程公司比较成熟的一套浇铸系统,但在以往的圆盘浇铸机系统中,现场所有的设备都是基于电缆连接,对于圆盘这种大型的系统,有必要进行一些改进,应用Device Net通信系统,可以加快通讯效率,降低项目成本,益于维护与监控设备状态。Round casting machine is the important core equipment in copper smelters and also a set of more mature casting system of JCC Metallurgy and Chemical Engineering Company. In old casting machine system, all the devices were based on the cable connection. For this large round casting system, it is necessary to make some improvements; with Devicenet communication system application, communication efficiency could speed up, project cost could be reduced and benefited for monitoring equipment status.
