广州番禺区2009～2013年非结防机构肺结核病例转诊情况

摘　　要：目的分析广州市番禺区2009~2013年非结防机构网络报告的肺结核或疑似肺结核患者转诊情况,了解目前结核病防控工作中医防合作的状况。方法对广州市番禺区2009~2013年非结防机构网络报告的肺结核或疑似肺结核患者的转诊、追踪及诊断结果进行统计分析。结果广州市番禺区2009~2013年非结防机构肺结核疫情报告率为32.92/万;转诊率为89.86%,在转诊患者中的到位率为40.39%;全体患者的总到位率为90.34%,其中通过追踪到位的构成比为53.98%、转诊到位构成比为40.18%,其他到位构成比为5.84%;确诊率为31.45%;对全区登记发现的活动性患者和涂阳患者的贡献分别为56.43%和57.22%。结论非结防机构在结核病人发现方面起到重要作用,应加强业务人员的结核病诊断技能培训;大力开展结核病的健康促进活动;控制结核病疫情传播。objective To analyze the results of referral of pulmonary tuberculosis（TB） cases or suspected patientsreported on network from 2009 to 2013 by non-TB institutions in Panyu Guangzhou,in order to understand the situation ofcooperation with tuberculosis prevention and control work between medical and prevention institutions. Methods Theresults of referral, tracking and diagnosis of pulmonary tuberculosis or suspected patient reported on network from 2009 to 2013 by non-TB institutions in Panyu district of Guangzhou were analyzed. Results The report rate of tuberculosis epidemic from^2009 to 2013 in non-TB institutions in Panyu District was 32.92/10 000; the referral rate was 89.86%, the referral arrival ratewas 40.39%; the total arrival rate was 90.34%. the proportion of arrival rate through tracing was 53.98%,the proportion ofreferral arrival rate was 40.18%, the proportion of other arrival rate was 5.84%; the diagnosis rate was 31.45%; the contributionrates of active tuberculosis cases and smear positive patients discovered through registration in this district were 56.43% and57.22% respectively.Conclusion Non-TB institutions had played an important role in tuberculosis control and the works ofpersonnel training in diagnosis of tuberculosis, health education and promotion on tuberculosis knowledge be carried out tocontrol the spread of tuberculosis in this district.
