摘  要:目的比较诱蚊灯法和人工小时法在现场捕获蚊虫的效果,为制定科学合理的病媒生物监测方案或蚊虫调查提供依据。方法选择茂名市城区居民、公园、医院、城郊结合部农户及牲畜棚5个点,同时使用2种方法捕蚊,对捕获的蚊虫进行分类鉴定并进行统计分析。结果诱蚊灯法在5种环境共捕获成蚊3属5种14 509只,致倦库蚊、三带喙库蚊和白纹伊蚊分别占捕获蚊总数的97.98%、0.99%和0.88%,中华按蚊占0.12%,其他蚊种占0.02%。人工小时法在4种环境共捕获成蚊4属7种6 583只,致卷库蚊、白纹伊蚊和三带喙库蚊分别占90.11%、6.09%和3.11%,中华按蚊占0.30%,其他占0.38%。不同环境类型蚊种构成比不尽相同,以牲畜棚的蚊密度最高。2种方法监测结果显示成蚊密度季节消长趋势基本一致,3月份开始升高,5~6月达到高峰,7~8月逐渐下降,9~10月有所回升,11月蚊虫进入越冬状态。结论人工小时法和诱蚊灯法均能用于蚊虫调查和监测,但各有长处及短处,人工小时法对采集靶标蚊虫、嗜吸人血的蚊虫和发现更多蚊种有较大优势;诱蚊灯法则更适合于蚊媒哨点长期监测,既节省劳力,又避免人为的主观性影响及人蚊接触感染相关传染病。Objective To compare the effect of capturing mosquitoes in field by lamp trapping method and human hourmethod so as to provide basis for scientific and reasonable formulation of vector surveillance programme or mosquito survey.Methods Mosquitoes were caputured in the residential community, park, peasant households and the barn at suburbs by 2kinds of methods at the same time. The captured mosquitoes were classified, identified, and statistically analyzed. Result Total 14 509 mosquitoes belonged to 3 genus and 5 species were caputred using lamp trapping method in 4 habitats, amongwhich Culex quinquefasciatus, Culex tritaeniorhynchus and Aedes albopictus accounted for 97.98%, 0.99% and 0.88%,Anopheles sinensis 0.12%, and other mosquito species 0.02%. Meanwhile, a total number of 6 583 mosquitoes belonged to 4genus 7 species were caught using human hour method, Culex quinquefasciatus, Aedes albopictus and Culextritaeniorhynchus accounted for 90.11%, 6.09% and 3.11%, respectively, while Anopheles sinensis 0.30%, others 0.38%.Composition ratio of mosquito species in different habitat types were not the same, the highest density of mosquitoes were inbarn. The results of monitoring by two methods showed that seasonal fluctuation tendency of adult mosquito density wereconsistent, which began to increase in March and reached the peak from May to June, however, decreased gradually during Julyand August, and entered hibernation in November.Conclusion Human hour method and lamp trapping method can be usedfor mosquito monitoring and investigation, and each has advantage and disadvantages. Human hour method had greateradvantage in acquisition target mosquitoes, mosquitoes' sucking human blood eosinophils and finding more mosquito species;while lamp trapping method was more suitable for long- term monitoring of mosquito vectors of sentinel, saving labor, alsoavoiding human subject impact and man-mosquito contacting related infection.
